Besides being a good base for Doral area and Dolphin Mall, there really isn't anything else relevant of the location of this hotel Hotel is OK, good rooms, water pressure, free parking, onsite (basic) restaurant and little convenience store.

We were a group of 7 families and the rooms were big small thing was there was not much hot water but overall the hotel is fairly nice and the beds comfortable. We were to leave in the morning at 8 am so we needed atleast 3 big cars to take us all to the airport so we asked the reception manager Cris to please call us someone who could arrange the 3 taxis to take us to the airport the following morning. So he called this guy Pedro and he came and confirmed that he.ll send 3 cars in the morning and that each car woukd be $55. The following morning we loaded up and reached the airport but one of the guys tells us its 85 per car and not 55 . We said pedro told us its 55 and he started shouting and making a scene saying hes the boss and pedro works for him and that we have to pay him $85 each car and he wouldnt have brought us if it was $55. The person (reportedly the owner of the taxis) was very very rude and full of attitude and shouting at us so i will reccomend never to ask the reception for taxis and maybe just get an uber instead.

Had a really wonderfully relaxing and convenient experience for a few days. Staying right by the mall allowed for the amenities I needed and the room was incredibly comfortable. Junior and Justin at the front desk helped so nicely with anything needed. Only thing I’d mention is that the hot water in the shower is not that hot and the water pressure is poor. Housekeeping does an incredible job!

So I've stayed here before and I have never had a problem at this property. I've seen many negative comments about this hotel and to my luck I've never had a problem what so ever. I would say this, they could have better pillows and I was staying at a 11th floor where the water pressure wasn't the best. But other than that, everything was great. You should try the Mahi Mahi...

got an email from supervisor Maria.Benitez included in the mail Claudia.Santos, Sayli.Hernandez, Sophia.LaSalle requested me to update the card on file prior 3 pm. I did as per their request I did change the card on file and respond to their mail ans no answer. But super SURPRISEEEEEE BY CHECKIN THE RUDEST GUY WHO REFUSES TO PROVIDE NAME HAS CANCELLED THE RESERVATION WITHOUT READING THE MAIL. the only thing we heard was sorry our system has a sync error so see what you gonna do but we cancelled and sold your room. Sophia.LaSalle said sorry I didn't read your mail but again figure it out I cannot help. How can I trust such hotel and a Supervisor who supposed to be responsible was not even kindly to check her mail and attend it and correct. wayyyyyyyyy outtt goood hotel stay awayyyy. System error but we as customer has to figure it out.. Shame on you Maria.Benitez I cannot understand how you can be a supervisor at such big hotel and you don't know your responsibility.
